By submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or providing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Enquiries

All enquiries must clearly state the requested service, preferred dates and times, and location. Incomplete, vague, or unclear enquiries may not receive a response.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required prior to confirmation of a booking. Enquiries from minors will not be accepted.

Identification & Safety

For safety and screening purposes, valid identification may be required prior to confirmation of a booking. Identification is requested solely at Miss Sasha’s discretion and must be provided upon request.

Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in refusal or cancellation of a booking.

Any identification provided is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used solely for safety, verification, and record-keeping purposes.

Confirmation & Deposit

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The deposit secures the agreed booking date and time. Final session fees are determined on a per-request basis.

Payment

The remaining balance is payable at the commencement of the booking. Failure to provide payment at that time will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrival

Late arrival does not extend the booking duration. All sessions conclude at the originally agreed end time.

Intoxication

Miss Sasha reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or immediately terminate a booking where a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

In such circumstances, all amounts paid will be forfeited.

Scope of Services & Prohibited Conduct

Miss Sasha provides experiential, educational, facilitation, and roleplay-based services only.

Escorting, full service, and sexual services of any kind are not offered.

Any unlawful behaviour, coercive conduct, or requests outside the agreed scope of services will result in immediate termination of the booking or communication.

Health & Personal Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant physical, psychological, or medical conditions that may affect participation.

Miss Sasha accepts no liability for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to communicate relevant information.

Cancellations

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, deposits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Where a client cancels a confirmed booking, the deposit will be retained to compensate for reserved time and administrative costs.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made with reasonable notice and remain subject to availability.

At Miss Sasha’s discretion, a deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled booking on one occasion only.

No-shows, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Cancellations by Miss Sasha

Miss Sasha reserves the right to refuse, decline, cancel, or terminate any booking or communication at her discretion.

Where Miss Sasha cancels a confirmed booking, any deposit paid will be refunded or credited in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Conduct

Respectful, professional, and courteous communication and behaviour is required at all times.

Miss Sasha reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, cancel a booking, or cease communication at her discretion.

Force Majeure

Miss Sasha is not liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
